Airlocks

Square Inlet – VJ Series Airlock

  • VJ Airlock: Clearances are kept between 0.003″ – 0.005.” Sizes range from 6″ – 30″ diameter rotors.

Round Inlet – VL Airlock

  • The VL line of airlocks are all fabricated airlocks capable of handling capacities from 1.5 cubic feet per revolution to 17.3 cubic feet per revolution.
  • These valves are best utilized in a low-pressure system and come standard with flexible tipped rotors.

Pneumatic Line Airlock

  • VD Jet-Under Airlocks: BD airlocks have a jet-under design, which is a more efficient method of injecting product into the air stream.
  • VPOT Blow-Thru Airlocks: VPOT are cast iron valves withoutboard bearings. They are commonly called “blow-thru” airlock valves.

CK Cyclones

Horizontal Separators

  • Designed to remove a decent percentage (75-85%) of a dust stream prior to it being introduced into a baghouse filter.
  • The installation of a Kice Horizontal Separator ahead of a baghouse filter will greatly increase the life of filter bags.
